David Rosebaum, Member/Co-Chairman

A 1976 graduate from the University of Cincinnati, Mr Rosenbaum is credited with founding Jack of All Games, the largest video game distributor in No America, with revenues in excess of $400MM, and serving as President/CEO. This, and a subsequent CEO appointment at Zoo Games as well as other executive positions within the video game channel, have given Mr Rosenbaum a unique perspective and place within the industry. Also a veteran of the toy industry, his areas of focus for 1441 are in product and program development in gaming and toys. Current territory focus are big box retail (Target-Gamestop-Best Buy) and regional mass merchant retail.


Michael Stiegelmeyer, Member/Co-Chariman

A 1999 graduate from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, Mr Stiegelmeyer has held executive positions at Jack of All Games, SYNNEX Corp, and Solutions 2 GO. Full P+L management and a background in mediation influence his approach to opportunities, and his areas of focus are for 1441 are product programs in CE, gaming, toys, athletics, and apparel. Current territory focus are the club, military , education, and discount channels, as well as NATM retailers.


Samuel Makris, Member

A 1978 graduate of Salmon P Chase Law School and Northern Kentucky University, Mr Makris has pent three decades in positions of global executive leadership and Sr Counsel in the medical administration industry. Also a retired Lt General in The US Army Reserves, Mr Makris brings a wealth of high level international market experience to 1441, having directed expansive project developments in the German and Chinese markets. His areas of focus are in contract negotiation, international sourcing and engagement, and real estate program development.


Neil Stiegelmeyer, Member

A 1963 graduate from Purdue University and a PHD from the University of Kentucky, Mr Stiegelmeyer served as Superintendent at Kenton County, Fayette County, nd BEechwood school districts, and retired as a Distinguished Educator within the Commonwealth. His experience as a tenured mentor within the State of Kentucky Education Administrators training program and a second career as CEO of The Deters Corporation help him to bring a singular blend of education and business acumen to The 1441 Group. His area of focus for 1441 is in education product and program development, with a speciality in curriculum confluence, product certification, and education marketing.
